Refund and cancellation policy

Ms. Lucy is a monthly digital subscription. Checkout and billing run through Whop. You are charged the amount and currency shown on the checkout you use: ₱2,999 PHP per month on the Philippine plan, or $99 USD per month on the international plan.

Cancel anytime

Cancel from your Whop membership whenever you want. Access continues through the period you already paid. After that period ends, Lucy stops answering on your Page.

When a refund applies

Setup and the members workspace start after purchase, so refunds are not automatic once that access has been granted.

If we cannot connect Messenger after you have granted Facebook Page admin access, write in your membership thread. We will review a refund of the current billing period.

If you were charged twice, or charged after a completed cancellation, contact us through the same thread as soon as you notice.

What is not refunded

Change of mind after the workspace is open, unused days in a paid month, and results that depend on your FAQs or Page activity are not grounds for an automatic refund. Ms. Lucy does not guarantee more booked jobs.

Use your Whop membership thread, or the contact page. Talk to us before filing a chargeback so we can sort the billing out.
