What we collect

• Account and payment details processed by Whop when you subscribe
• Business information you send us: hours, services, prices, FAQs, and the voice you want Lucy to use
• Facebook Page admin access, which is required to attach Messenger
• Messenger conversations, so Lucy can reply from the information you provided

How we use it

We use this information to run Lucy on your Page, bill the subscription, and support you in the members workspace. We do not sell your customer chats, your FAQ list, or your Page data.

Who else sees it

Whop processes payments and memberships. Meta provides Facebook Messenger. Those companies handle data under their own terms. We do not pass your chats to unrelated tools. Lead CRM, booking apps, and generic third-party integrations are not part of this plan.

How long we keep it

We keep setup information while your subscription is active, and as long as needed for billing, support, or legal requirements. After you cancel, we stop using your Page for live replies. You can ask us in your membership thread to remove stored FAQs after cancellation.

This website

The site loads only what is needed to show pages and complete checkout. Payment details are entered on Whop checkout, not stored in the page itself.
